2026–2027 TMCF Bridging the Dream Scholarship Program – Up to $10,000, U.S Citizen or Permanent Resident

About the Scholarship

The program focuses on students who:

• Show strong academic potential
• Demonstrate leadership in school or community
• Have faced obstacles or hardships
• Need financial support to pursue higher education

Eligibility Requirements

• Be a current high school senior graduating in 2026
• Plan to enroll full‑time at a TMCF‑member HBCU for the 2026–2027 academic year
• Have a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale
• Demonstrate financial need
• U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
• Students from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Required Application Materials

• A completed online application
• A current high school transcript
• One letter of recommendation
• A résumé highlighting activities, leadership, or community involvement
• Short essay responses describing personal challenges, goals, and motivation
